The first day of school can be challenging for any child – it can be especially challenging for those students who arrive empty handed. Operation School Supplies is here to fill that need. Operation School Supplies is a partnership between Minnesota School of Business, Charter Communications and the Hallmark Channel to collect basic classroom materials, giving each child the tools they need to learn.
Minnesota School of Business will be collecting donation items at their location in Waite Park, Minnesota at 1201 2nd Street South from July 30 through August 19. All collected materials will be donated to help the youth of St. Cloud area schools. In addition to supporting this great cause, donors will receive a coupon for a free Charter Video OnDemand rental.
Operation School Supplies was able to contribute to a number of schools and organizations throughout Minnesota last year and hopes to do the same with the 2012-2013 school term.
